How to wash the patented quick-release blade
Rotate, lift, rinse. The patented structure is designed so fat and fiber do not stay trapped under a screw-fixed hub.
After every batch, let the bowl cool enough to touch. Rotate the grinding assembly by hand until it unlocks, then lift it straight up.
Wash the blade and bowl separately with warm water and mild soap. Dry before the next cook. No tools, no screws.
